General policy

Because digital credits are delivered immediately, purchased credits are generally non-refundable. We review exceptional cases involving a service error, duplicate payment, or an unauthorized transaction.

Eligible requests

• A technical error prevents you from using purchased credits.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• A transaction was made without your authorization.

Non-refundable cases

Credits or subscription benefits that have already been used are not refundable. Refunds are also not available for dissatisfaction with generated music, account suspension or termination, or a change of mind.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access remains available through the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

How to request a refund

Contact support@texttosongai.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include the order details and reason for your request. We aim to review requests within 2–3 business days; approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
